Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BuildAHouse platform ("Service"), operated by Jure Mali s.p. (RadicalAI), a sole proprietorship registered in Slovenia, EU ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

By registering for or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• Platform — the BuildAHouse web application available at buildahouse.app.
• User — any person who creates an account.
• Investor — a User who owns and manages construction projects.
• Contractor — a User invited to collaborate on a project.
• Content — any data, files, text, or media uploaded by Users.

You must provide accurate, complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to register.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any software intended to damage the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform.

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. All prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT where required.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable consumer law.

A Free plan is available with limited features. We may modify or discontinue the Free plan at any time with reasonable notice.

You retain ownership of all Content you upload. By uploading Content you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display it solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your Content and do not use it for any other purpose.

You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of your Content.

All rights in the platform, including software, design, trademarks, and documentation, are owned by the Company or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time from the profile settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ljubljana, Slovenia, unless consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
