Do contractors have to pay?

No. The project owner pays for the subscription. Invited contractors and supervisors join projects for free and do not need their own paid plan to collaborate.

Are prices inclusive of VAT?

Yes. Prices shown on this page are in EUR and include VAT for EU consumers. The final amount at Stripe checkout matches these listed prices.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes are prorated.

What happens if I downgrade below my current usage?

Nothing is deleted or hidden. All existing projects and documents stay fully readable. Creating new projects or uploading new document-storage files is blocked until you upgrade again or remove content so you fit within the new plan limits (Free: 1 project / no document storage; Basic: 5 projects / 100 documents).

What happens after the free trial?

After the 7-day trial on Premium, you'll be billed monthly unless you cancel.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans. EU consumers also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts — see our Terms for details.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.

Is annual billing available?

Plans are billed monthly today. Contact us if you need annual invoicing — we can arrange yearly billing with a discount.
